Nichole Lesko is the heart behind Mimi’s Kitchen and Catering—a talented cook with a gift for turning everyday meals into unforgettable experiences. Known for her creative flair, comforting flavors, and attention to every last detail, Nichole has spent years perfecting recipes that bring people together.
What started as a love for feeding friends and family quickly grew into a full-fledged business built on flavor, community, and joy. Whether she’s crafting a wedding menu, styling a charcuterie board, or organizing a themed dinner for a local nonprofit, Nichole pours her heart into every bite.
But her favorite title? Mimi.
Nichole is a proud grandma (a.k.a. Mimi) to her beloved grandbabies—and the name says it all. Just like at home, her kitchen is filled with love, laughter, and second helpings.
